Better data. Healthier communities.

Bayes Health Consulting delivers

We specialize in epidemiological research, data analytics, and data visualization services for health organizations that need it most.

Sound Familiar?

“We know there are equity gaps. We just can’t measure them".

Your health data shows gaps but your current infrastructure is not built to isolate them, track them over time, or report them in accurate and clear ways.

This is How we Deliver

  • Every Bayes Health engagement is grounded in evidence before a single recommendation is made.

  • We turn complex findings into decisions your organization can act on.

  • Every assessment, dashboard, and recommendation centers the communities most often left behind.

  • We start every project by measuring what is actually happening; not what is assumed.

At Bayes Health every project begins with evidence. Whether it is a gap analysis, community health assessment, or an outbreak investigation, we establish a precise, evidence based baseline before making a single recommendation. You will always know exactly where your organization stands.

  • We build the dashboards, systems and tools that make your data work for you.

Most organizations are drowning in data they don’t know how to accurately translate. We design and deploy custom PowerBI and ArcGIS dashboards, surveillance systems, performance management frameworks, and psychometrically validated survey instruments. We turn scattered information into real world evidence that your organization can actually see and act on.

  • We translate complex findings into language your board, funders, employees and community can understand.

Research means nothing if nobody can act on it. We translate statistical findings, quality metrics, and program results into clear executive reports, accreditation documentation, policy recommendations and training programs; closing the gap between what the data says and what your organizations does next.

  • Health equity is not an add-on. It’s embedded into everything we do.

Every project is assessed under a health equity lens. Every recommendation considers the impact on communities that most often go forgotten or left behind. Because better data only leads to healthier communities when those communities are centered in equity from the very beginning.

About
our company

The name Bayes Health Consulting is intentional. Thomas Bayes gave the world a framework for updating conclusions as new evidence emerges. This strategy helps researchers stay precise, adaptive, and always grounded in the best available data. That is exactly how we work.

We are a woman owned, minority owned public health consulting firm founded in 2025 and based in Southern California. We work exclusively in public health, and that focus is not a limitation. It’s the point. We are epidemiologist, data builders, and equity advocates, we serve the organization on the frontlines of community health with the same scientific rigor we would apply to peer reviewed research.
